At EverestLabs, we prioritize your satisfaction with our ice bath products. Our return policy aims to provide reassurance, offering solutions for defective items.

 

Faulty Goods: 90-Day Return Window 

We're confident in our product quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, you can initiate a return within 90 days of delivery. This applies to manufacturing defects only.

Items damaged through misuse, accidents, improper handling, or neglect of care instructions are ineligible for return. Returns are exclusively for purchases made on everestlabs.co, not from third-party sellers.

 

Return Process 

To start a return, contact our support team via support@everestlabs.co. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

 

Return Conditions 

For a full refund or replacement, items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

 

Shipping Costs 

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the product is delivered.

 

Inspection and Resolution 

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will verify the reported issue. If it is confirmed faulty, we'll process your chosen refund or replacement within 15-20 days.
