Cold exposure causes an immediate physiological stress response and may rapidly increase breathing, heart rate and blood pressure. Do not install or use KRYO until you have read this page. Begin at a warmer temperature and lower flow. Never direct the first flow at your face or chest. Never use KRYO while intoxicated, unwell or unable to respond normally.
Cold water may trigger gasping, rapid breathing, increased heart rate and increased blood pressure. Sudden exposure can place stress on the heart and may cause panic, dizziness, loss of breathing control or fainting.

Start with your back to the Halo and water landing over the upper shoulders. Begin at a warmer temperature and lower flow. Rotate slowly only after breathing is controlled.
Breathe normally. Do not perform breath holds, hyperventilation or extreme breathwork while using KRYO.
