KRYO SETUP RESOURCES
Everything you need to set up KRYO correctly the first time: placement, filling, first cooldown, power routing, care, and support.
START HERE
Follow these four steps before your first cold session. Then let KRYO complete its first full cooldown overnight.
Set KRYO inside a wet room, walk-in shower, or bathtub. Keep it away from direct overhead flow where possible.
Attach the hose, adjustable wall mount, and high-coverage halo. Keep the hose path clean and kink-free.
Fill the reservoir using your shower hose, bath hose, bidet hose, or jug. Replace the cap before powering on.
Plug the power supply into a standard outlet outside the wet area, then route the low-voltage cable to KRYO.
FIRST USE
Your first cooldown is the longest one. Once KRYO reaches temperature, it is built to stay ready inside your routine.
TIMELINE
Place the unit, mount the halo, attach the hose, route the cable, and fill the reservoir.
Let KRYO pull the reservoir down to cold temperature before the first session.
Use KRYO where your day already starts. No ice, no plunge tub, no reset project.
Add water through the fill cap as needed, then keep the system ready for the next session.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The first cooldown starts from room-temperature water. Set up KRYO the night before and allow 8-12 hours before your first session.
Outside the wet area, such as a bedroom, hallway, or dry outlet location. Only the low-voltage cable routes to the bathroom-side unit.
Top up every 3-5 sessions depending on session length, splash-out, and how much water remains in the reservoir.
Check the reservoir level, hose connection, and hose path. Remove any tight bend or kink before running another session.
Send a photo of your bathroom layout and our team will help you choose the cleanest placement, hose path, and cable route.
