Read the safety information before installing or using KRYO. Start gently, never direct the first flow at your face or chest, and do not use KRYO if a medical condition may make cold exposure unsafe.
Required safety acknowledgement
Cold exposure and water-powered electrical appliances carry risk. Before continuing, confirm you understand the key safety notices below.
Medical: Do not use KRYO if cold exposure is unsafe for you. Speak with a qualified clinician first if you are pregnant, have heart/circulation issues, high blood pressure, fainting history, Raynaud’s, cold urticaria, nerve issues, or any condition affected by cold.
Stop immediately: Exit if you feel chest pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness, numbness, confusion, unusual pain, or loss of coordination.
Electrical: Keep the mains power supply outside the wet area. Do not plug into bathroom shaver outlets. Do not use KRYO with damaged cables, loose connectors, standing water around power, or modified components.
Water and slips: Use on a stable surface. Keep children and pets away. Do not submerge the unit. Keep hose paths clear to reduce trip and slip risk.
Use responsibly: Do not use while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication. Start short. KRYO is not a medical device and this page is not medical advice.
