START HERE

Your first setup, simplified.

Follow these four steps before your first cold session. Then let KRYO complete its first full cooldown overnight.

1

Place

Set KRYO inside a wet room, walk-in shower, or bathtub. Keep it away from direct overhead flow where possible.

2

Connect

Attach the hose, adjustable wall mount, and high-coverage halo. Keep the hose path clean and kink-free.

3

Fill

Fill the reservoir using your shower hose, bath hose, bidet hose, or jug. Replace the cap before powering on.

4

Power

Plug the power supply into a standard outlet outside the wet area, then route the low-voltage cable to KRYO.

FIRST USE

Set it up the night before.

Your first cooldown is the longest one. Once KRYO reaches temperature, it is built to stay ready inside your routine.

Place the unit and connect the halo before filling.
Keep the power supply outside the wet area.
Allow 8-12 hours for the first full cooldown.
Top up water every 3-5 sessions, depending on use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Common first-week questions.

Why is the first cooldown slow?

The first cooldown starts from room-temperature water. Set up KRYO the night before and allow 8-12 hours before your first session.

Where should the power brick go?

Outside the wet area, such as a bedroom, hallway, or dry outlet location. Only the low-voltage cable routes to the bathroom-side unit.

How often do I refill?

Top up every 3-5 sessions depending on session length, splash-out, and how much water remains in the reservoir.

What if flow feels weak?

Check the reservoir level, hose connection, and hose path. Remove any tight bend or kink before running another session.
