CHAPTER 1 · UNBOX & POSITION

Check every component

Check every component

Lay out every item before you begin. Do not install KRYO if anything is missing or damaged.

  • KRYO
  • Two-metre hose
  • Halo with flow adjuster
  • Rubber seals
  • UAE PSU and plug
  • Fill-opening plug
  • Mounting rail
  • Sliding connector
  • Phillips-head screwdriver

KEEP THE SEALS SAFE

The rubber seals are small but essential. Keep them with the hose fittings.

CHAPTER 1 · UNBOX & POSITION

Give KRYO room to breathe

Give KRYO room to breathe

Place KRYO upright on a stable, level floor. Leave a clear gap behind it so warm air can exit from the rear.

Do not press the rear against a wall, towel or curtain.

Why this matters

Restricted airflow can reduce cooling performance and may cause overheating.

CHAPTER 1 · UNBOX & POSITION

Check reach before mounting

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 1 Check reach before mounting Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-03

The hose, power cable and refill access determine the best rail position.

  1. Connect the hose and Halo.
  2. Hold the rail in the proposed position.
  3. Check the hose reaches without pulling or kinking.
  4. Check the PSU reaches a suitable wall outlet.
  5. Check a bidet or shower hose can reach the fill opening.
  6. Keep spray away from KRYO’s display and power side.

Do not remove the rail adhesive backing yet.

The display and power button are on KRYO’s right-hand side. Mount the Halo on the opposite side where possible.

CHAPTER 2 · MOUNT THE HALO

Position above the tallest user

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 2 Position above the tallest user Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-05

The Halo should sit at least 30 cm above the tallest user’s head. Where space allows, 40 to 50 cm provides broader shoulder coverage.

Higher placement helps water spread across the tops of the shoulders and create a wider film over the upper body.

CHAPTER 2 · MOUNT THE HALO

Test the final position

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 2 Test the final position Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-06

Fit the Halo and hose to the slider. Hold the complete rail against the wall and check the setup one final time.

  • Rail is vertical
  • Halo is high enough
  • Hose is not stretched
  • Hose has no sharp kink
  • Spray points away from the power side
  • Rear airflow stays clear
  • Refill hose reaches KRYO
  • Power cable reaches safely

Mark the rail position with removable tape.

CHAPTER 2 · MOUNT THE HALO

Clean and dry the surface

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 2 Clean and dry the surface Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-07

The wall must be smooth, clean, dry and free from soap film, oil, dust or loose material.

Use only the preparation method approved for your wall and the supplied adhesive.

CHAPTER 2 · MOUNT THE HALO

Get the first placement right

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 2 Get the first placement right Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-08

The adhesive is strongest when the rail is aligned correctly the first time.

  1. Remove the adhesive covers.
  2. Align the rail with your marks.
  3. Make first contact carefully.
  4. Press firmly across every adhesive point.
  5. Allow the approved setting time before loading the rail.

REPOSITIONING WEAKENS THE ADHESIVE

Get the alignment right on first contact.

CHAPTER 3 · CONNECT KRYO

Check both seals

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 3 Check both seals Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-09

A rubber seal must sit flat inside each hose fitting.

  • Correct: seal flat and centred.
  • Incorrect: missing, twisted or pinched.

A MISSING SEAL WILL LEAK

A missing or misaligned seal can cause leaking.

CHAPTER 3 · CONNECT KRYO

Make both water connections

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 3 Make both water connections Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-10
  1. Hand-tighten one hose end onto the Halo.
  2. Hand-tighten the other end onto KRYO’s outlet.
  3. Check the hose follows a smooth path.
  4. Keep the Halo flow adjuster closed.
  5. Keep KRYO’s water-flow control off.

Do not cross-thread or overtighten.

CHAPTER 3 · CONNECT KRYO

Keep mains power dry

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 3 Keep mains power dry Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-11

The PSU converts the UAE wall supply to 24V DC for KRYO.

  1. Keep KRYO switched off.
  2. Dry your hands.
  3. Connect KRYO’s 24V DC lead to the PSU.
  4. Place the PSU and connection outside the splash zone.
  5. Connect the UAE plug to a suitable wall outlet.
  6. Route cables away from water and foot traffic.

DO NOT PLUG OR UNPLUG WITH WET HANDS

Keep the PSU, plug and connections outside the splash zone.

CHAPTER 4 · FILL & START

Never start KRYO dry

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 4 Never start KRYO dry Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-12

The internal circulation system needs water before KRYO is switched on.

Add clean water through the top opening until the system is primed.

RUNNING DRY MAY DAMAGE THE PUMP

Never switch KRYO on before adding priming water.

Why this matters

The exact minimum priming volume is pending confirmation and is not published here.

CHAPTER 4 · FILL & START

Switch on and listen

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 4 Switch on and listen Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-13
  1. Switch KRYO on.
  2. Confirm the internal light turns on.
  3. Listen for smooth internal circulation.

IF YOU HEAR A HARSH DRY-RUNNING SOUND

Switch KRYO off immediately and add more water.

CHAPTER 4 · FILL & START

  • Starting temperature is around 15°C

CHAPTER 5 · FIRST SESSION

Broad cold coverage. Compact design.

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 5 Broad cold coverage. Compact design. Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-18

The Halo balances coverage, flow and droplet size to create a film of cold water over the upper body. Positioning it above your head helps water spread across the shoulders and carry heat away from more skin.

KRYO is a different experience from full-body immersion. A short, very cold session can still feel extremely powerful and produce a strong sense of alertness.

CHAPTER 5 · FIRST SESSION

Begin around 15°C

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 5 Begin around 15°C Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-19

KRYO can feel more intense than expected. Use a warmer temperature, lower flow and short exposure for your first session.

CHAPTER 5 · FIRST SESSION

Do not face the first flow

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 5 Do not face the first flow Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-20

Stand with your back to the Halo. Let water land across the tops of your shoulders or upper back before slowly rotating.

DO NOT DIRECT THE FIRST FLOW AT YOUR FACE OR CHEST

Begin with your back toward the Halo.

Breathe normally.

CHAPTER 5 · FIRST SESSION

Control the intensity

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 5 Control the intensity Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-21

Lower flow — around 5 L/min for a gentler experience, cooling down and longer reservoir use.

Higher flow — around 8 to 10 L/min for a more intense experience, larger droplets and stronger wind chill.

Higher flow uses the reservoir much faster.

Why this matters

Flow values remain configurable pending final production validation.

CHAPTER 5 · FIRST SESSION

Stay in control

IMAGE REQUIRED SETUP / CHAPTER 5 Stay in control Asset ID: KRYO-SETUP-22
  1. Stand with your back to the Halo.
  2. Start the flow.
